Hi, I'm Kate — planner and creative director behind The Bluebird Collective.
My role is to quietly manage the details, anticipate what’s needed and resolve problems before they reach you, so you can feel confident throughout the planning process and fully present on the day.
I work with a small number of couples each season—couples who value hospitality and beautiful design, and want their wedding to feel like the best celebration of their lives.
My education in design and background in luxury hospitality have shaped the way I approach every wedding, with an eye for how each detail looks, how the day flows and how people are made to feel.
Whether I’m planning your wedding from the very beginning or refining the design and coordinating the day itself, that same hospitality-led perspective shapes every decision.
From the way guests are welcomed to the moments that help them settle in, connect and celebrate, my focus is on creating a wedding that is as beautiful to experience as it is to look at.
