VENUE VISIT + IN-PERSON STYLE CONSULATION

This is a time to get to know you as a couple and to get an idea of the style + vibe you are looking to create.

DESIGN CONCEPT FOR YOUR CEREMONY + RECEPTION

This is outlined in an in-depth style proposal with all visual details from your day including detailed costings.

BOOKING + COORDINATING YOUR FLORIST

Throughout the entire process, we will liaise with your selected florist.

SOURCING ALL STYLING ELEMENTS

Including marquee, furniture, and lighting (if required). An ‘on the day run sheet’ will be produced for all suppliers who are involved, ensuring that your wedding day comes to life seamlessly.

ON THE DAY STATIONERY COORDINATION

We can design your stationery and mail it to your guests, check in with any who haven’t responded and compile your final guest list.

COORDINATION THE SET UP OF VENDORS ON THE DAY

We make sure that everything is set up perfectly on the day, and coordinate all staff and suppliers involved.

FULL STYLING SET UP AND PACK DOWN

After your event, we’ll then pack everything away so your venue is returned to its original state.

UNLIMITED SUPPORT THROUGHOUT YOUR PLANNING JOURNEY

Our stylists are on hand to answer any questions you might have; from the planning stage to on-the-day worries. We’re only a phone call or email away.

We also offer Evening Coordination

Perfect for if you need a little extra support on your wedding day so you can simply relax. Ideal for private property weddings or BYO venues.

Up to 8hours of evening coordination
